2 BIOS bream fillets
1 lime
Seaweed sesame
Some coco pink pepper

1. Arrange the fillets of sea bass with skin to the cutting surface.
2. With a good knife, remove the skin and then cut horizontal slices minutes.
3. Place them on a plate put lime juice and salt as desired.
4. Decorate with a nest of seaweed.
