1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1kg potatoes Nouvelle
two fresh tomatoes
1 onion
2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
dill, parsley, coarse salt, pepper
¼lt white wine
olive oil

1. Wash the fish inside out
2. Wash vegetables.
3. Cut peppers into rings.
4. Cut potatoes in two.
5. Clean the skin and flesh of the tomatoes and cut into rings.
6. Place tomatoes in a deep Pyrex with garlic and onion over the fish.
7. Arrange the rest of the vegetables as shown in the picture.
8. Place dill and parsley inside the fish.
9. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and white wine.
10. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180...
